Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Glenn Surendra got the match started through his kick off. Adesh Charles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gillian Ganga's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, CRIPS's Glenn Surendra got a free kick in the 7th minute. Adesh Charles acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hubert Gomes. Chase Village's Devon Carter got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gary Dan came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Chase Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gary Dan couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute of the match, Gary Dan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adesh Charles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes into the match, CRIPS's goal looked a bit too open when Gillian Ganga came free, but Adesh Charles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gillian Ganga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gillian Ganga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Adesh Charles skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 24th minute, Glenn Surendra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32ndth minute of the game Gillian Ganga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRIPS's Adesh Charles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adesh Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gillian Ganga, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, CRIPS's goal looked a bit too open when Gillian Ganga came free, but Adesh Charles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adesh Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gary Dan, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Gillian Ganga came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Chase Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gillian Ganga couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gillian Ganga was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, CRIPS's Glenn Surendra got a free kick in the 54th minute. Gary Dan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adesh Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gary Dan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes, Fuad Moloney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CRIPS and the Chase Village players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fuad Moloney kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. CRIPS's Adesh Charles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gary Dan in the 66th minute of play. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gillian Ganga sped through CRIPS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adesh Charles. The Chase Village fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Chase Village's Gillian Ganga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gary Dan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adesh Charles having to interfere. When Gary Dan came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Chase Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gary Dan couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Glenn Surendra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adesh Charles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gary Dan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute of the match Chase Village got a corner. CRIPS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hubert Gomes ran over to the corner to take the kick. CRIPS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
