Seating: 2113, VIP seats: 183) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Wes Corneal made the kick off which started today's match. Trent Plummer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adesh Charles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wes Corneal in the 6th minute of the match. Titan FC's Leonson Bissoondath was substituted for Bobby Dhansook. A collision led to CRIPS getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Fuad Moloney hit a great ball. Glenn Surendra's late challenge caught a Titan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glenn Surendra helped the player get up and apologised. Glenn Surendra kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wes Corneal in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adesh Charles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sterling Chancellor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Adesh Charles made a huge save. Wes Corneal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Adesh Charles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wes Corneal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Glenn Surendra to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Harry Mohammed made a precise shot to the right of Adesh Charles. CRIPS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Wes Corneal struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Adesh Charles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titan FC. Adesh Charles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonson Bissoondath in the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Wes Corneal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Titan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wes Corneal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julius Belfon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Manny Sealy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Titan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manny Sealy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adesh Charles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67thth minute of the game Wes Corneal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRIPS's Adesh Charles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 68 played minutes Titan FC got a freekick which was hit by Julius Belfon. In the 72nd minute Wes Corneal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adesh Charles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sterling Chancellor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 minutes, Wes Corneal made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. CRIPS's Adesh Charles tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, CRIPS's Glenn Surendra got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 81st match minute, CRIPS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Hussein to maneuver through the defense. Titan FC's Julius Belfon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CRIPS. When Glenn Surendra came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the CRIPS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glenn Surendra couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in CRIPS's zone, Wes Corneal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adesh Charles came out of the goal and Wes Corneal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wes Corneal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Titan FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
