If Gerald Pollard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Tibures del oriente's goal looked a bit too open when Gerald Pollard came free, but Gibran Peltier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Gaskynd Grant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raffique Davidson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sanjiv Edwards received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gibran Peltier came out and tried to block the shot, but Sanjiv Edwards slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 74th minute. Tibures del oriente's Gibran Peltier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Tibures del oriente from getting a goal against them. Sanjiv Edwards fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gibran Peltier having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
