The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Palaimon Gomatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shurwayne Hussein in the 2nd minute of play. Palaimon Gomatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shurwayne Hussein, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Palaimon Gomatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Hyland in the 10th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes F.C. Liverpool Tobago got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Ramadhin. In the 14th match minute, Syne Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Hyland to maneuver through the defense. Syne Village's Cian Daoust played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sundar Glasgow in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match, Anton Phipps tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cian Daoust saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Phipps in the 18th minute of play forced Syne Village's goalkeeper Cian Daoust to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Phipps sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Palaimon Gomatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Williams in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute Reyad Jorsling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Palaimon Gomatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Liverpool Tobago's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Craig Callendar in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the F.C. Liverpool Tobago defense, Shurwayne Hussein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Palaimon Gomatos. The F.C. Liverpool Tobago fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Palaimon Gomatos should have stopped the shot. If Arthur Williams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Syne Village's Cian Daoust got control of the ball when Jan Sooklal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cian Daoust made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevon Najjar in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Wintley Ramkisson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Palaimon Gomatos. Palaimon Gomatos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Frans Stenström got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shurwayne Hussein during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 45 played minutes Syne Village got a freekick which was hit by Shurwayne Hussein.

Cian Daoust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Phipps, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, F.C. Liverpool Tobago's goalkeeper Palaimon Gomatos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wintley Ramkisson. After 56 played minutes F.C. Liverpool Tobago got a freekick which was hit by Kevon Najjar. Arthur Williams who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Palaimon Gomatos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Anton Phipps managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Liverpool Tobago's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Phipps was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cian Daoust breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Reyad Jorsling dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Palaimon Gomatos, 0-4. In the 70th match minute, Syne Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Tiger to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Bird Cipriani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Craig Callendar, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Syne Village getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bird Cipriani hit a great ball. Shurwayne Hussein hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Cian Daoust showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Mitchell-Gift in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes Syne Village's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Craig Callendar who took care of the corner kick. The F.C. Liverpool Tobago fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Syne Village were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
