Spectators: 10814 (Terracing: 8111, Seating: 2487, VIP seats: 216) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rex Duprey started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Chaguanas AC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Greenidge came free, but Neville Mc Donald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jonathan Yankaran fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chaguanas AC's protests and gave Jonathan Yankaran a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Chaguanas AC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Yankaran. After a rather tough play, Chaguanas AC's Philmore Goddard got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 14th minute David Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neville Mc Donald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neville Mc Donald came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Endeavour Stars's Edward Greenidge. But to his dismay, Edward Greenidge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Endeavour Stars getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Lancelot Gonsalves hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game David Jones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaguanas AC's Neville Mc Donald was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neville Mc Donald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lancelot Gonsalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 35 minutes of play, Endeavour Stars's Edward Greenidge made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neville Mc Donald was left in no man's land by his defense there! Neville Mc Donald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Greenidge in the 39th minute of the match. Neville Mc Donald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Greenidge in the 46th minute of play. The Chaguanas AC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Endeavour Stars were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Jones made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by Edward Greenidge from a close distance when the talented Neville Mc Donald managed to make a qualified save. Chaguanas AC's players were relieved. Edward Greenidge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neville Mc Donald didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. In the 64th minute of the match Lancelot Gonsalves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Neville Mc Donald showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Clive Murray received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Neville Mc Donald came out and tried to block the shot, but Clive Murray slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 70th minute. When Edward Greenidge fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Endeavour Stars's protests and gave Edward Greenidge a yellow card for diving instead. David Jones in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Neville Mc Donald, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 87 minutes into the game, Philmore Goddard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chaguanas AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Endeavour Stars the free kick. After 87 played minutes Chaguanas AC got a freekick which was hit by Philmore Goddard. 88 minutes into the game Clive Murray kicked a great long shot which passed Neville Mc Donald straight ahead into the goal, Result 0-6. One couldn't see Clive Murray behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. David Jones's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Neville Mc Donald read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
