After 13 played minutes Carapichaima got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Joyce. If David Jones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Greenidge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Tiger having to interfere. Jonathan Tiger made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when David Jones sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Tiger made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when David Jones sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Baksh made a kick off. After 53 minutes, David Jones made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Carapichaima's Jonathan Tiger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marlon La Forest made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Anton Baksh sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Tiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Edward Webber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match Clive Murray sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Tiger skillfully saved the ball. Jonathan Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Greenidge in the 81st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, David Jones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Endeavour Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but David Jones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Tiger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that David Jones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Tiger was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Jones in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Tiger saved Carapichaima from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Endeavour Stars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
