Chaguanas AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 18th minute, Rudranath de Freitas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defence Force fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 21st minute, Chrrstine Magloire made a precise shot to the right of Neville Mc Donald. Chaguanas AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 25th minute, Chrrstine Magloire left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defence Force fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Chaguanas AC's Neville Mc Donald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chrrstine Magloire in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chaguanas AC's Kareem Nakhid got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudranath de Freitas in the 31st minute of play forced Chaguanas AC's goalkeeper Neville Mc Donald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chaguanas AC's zone, Orville Popo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neville Mc Donald came out of the goal and Orville Popo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Rex Duprey notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Defence Force's M. Dedy Suryana. M. Dedy Suryana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 42 minutes into the match, Chrrstine Magloire had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Neville Mc Donald. Chaguanas AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chrrstine Magloire was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After the first half Defence Force were leading 1-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chrrstine Magloire stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Chrrstine Magloire reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Neville Mc Donald. The goal made the score 1-8. 62 minutes into the match, Rudranath de Freitas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Neville Mc Donald. Chaguanas AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudranath de Freitas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9. If Orville Popo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neville Mc Donald didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudranath de Freitas went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. Rudranath de Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicolas Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Rudranath de Freitas lined in a short shot 1-12 behind a frustrated Neville Mc Donald. Rudranath de Freitas took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Neville Mc Donald. Neville Mc Donald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-13. After a rather tough play, Chaguanas AC's Kareem Nakhid got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Chrrstine Magloire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Defence Force could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chaguanas AC throughout the match.
