The wind increased when Resto Coronel made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Primo Elberdin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asunción FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Primo Elberdin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lixandro Seto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Primo Elberdin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
