Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Camerino Padin took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Tacuaras AFC's Xavier Ziarza in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horqueta's goalie prevented a goal. Xavier Ziarza charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavier Ziarza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tacuaras AFC's Xavier Ziarza got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Horqueta's zone, Xavier Ziarza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chucho Iscar came out of the goal and Xavier Ziarza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bilintx Navagos came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Tacuaras AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bilintx Navagos couldn't finish the play. If Xavier Ziarza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Tacuaras AFC got a freekick which was hit by Poz Villafuentes. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Celipe Dehesa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horqueta's supporters rose to their feet, but Celipe Dehesa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciano Ochandio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tacuaras AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Poz Villafuentes hit a great ball. If Satordi Alsina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 30 minutes, Bilintx Navagos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacuaras AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilintx Navagos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xavier Ziarza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafe Salces hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ciceron Argüelles didn't quite understand what happened when in the 40 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 43 minutes into the match, Tacuaras AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Camerino Padin came free, but Ciano Ochandio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Camerino Padin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horqueta's supporters rose to their feet, but Camerino Padin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciano Ochandio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Ziarza was the one to do the kick off. Ciano Ochandio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camerino Padin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Celipe Dehesa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59thth minute of the game Camerino Padin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacuaras AFC's Ciano Ochandio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celipe Dehesa struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Ciano Ochandio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horqueta. Ciceron Argüelles charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciceron Argüelles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Ciceron Argüelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camerino Padin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ciano Ochandio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Celipe Dehesa could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Ciano Ochandio however easily saved by the left post. Bilintx Navagos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Emilio Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuaras AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chucho Iscar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bilintx Navagos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chucho Iscar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The referee gave Horqueta a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Silvino Pacheco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tacuaras AFC's Ciano Ochandio. 0-1. Camerino Padin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciano Ochandio having to interfere. Esquipula Valbaler kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 100th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tacuaras AFC's goalkeeper Ciano Ochandio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Horqueta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Horqueta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
