Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Araoz Marcello kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Platero's zone, Araoz Marcello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicemte Aldana came out of the goal and Araoz Marcello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efren Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velasco Mayoral, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Rito Chirinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicemte Aldana having to interfere. Adriana Suero kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Boni Mendi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efren Barbosa having to make a save. When Tavio Catanach fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acahay's protests and gave Tavio Catanach a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Acahay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tavio Catanach to maneuver through the defense. Platero's Millan Molledo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Efren Barbosa but with some difficulty. In the 31st minute Rito Chirinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicemte Aldana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Acahay's Rito Chirinos in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Platero's goalie prevented a goal. After 34 played minutes Platero got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Artieta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rito Chirinos in the 36th minute of play forced Platero's goalkeeper Vicemte Aldana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Araoz Marcello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vicemte Aldana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rito Chirinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boni Mendi was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Platero got a freekick which was hit by Adriana Suero. Rito Chirinos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 58th playminute. In the 64th minute, Acahay's Araoz Marcello dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rito Chirinos got free with Vicemte Aldana in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Acahay's Araoz Marcello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicemte Aldana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Rito Chirinos came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Acahay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rito Chirinos couldn't finish the play. Araoz Marcello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicemte Aldana having to interfere. Araoz Marcello took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicemte Aldana. Vicemte Aldana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Xzavier Bucaran hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ereinotz Oropeza charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ereinotz Oropeza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, one of Acahay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Acahay. A hard shot 96 in the game by Rito Chirinos from a close distance when the talented Vicemte Aldana managed to make a qualified save. Platero's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded Acahay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Platero.
