Heitor Moroño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chico Grados stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edorta Gajardo's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Chico Grados took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edorta Gajardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Miraveau got a freekick which was hit by Opilano Galdamiz. Xzaver Dominguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Periquet, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Moroño in the 39th minute of play forced Fassardi's goalkeeper Chico Grados to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Heitor Moroño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heitor Moroño in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chico Grados saved Fassardi from getting behind. Chico Grados showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edorta Gajardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heitor Moroño made a kick off. If Heitor Moroño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes, Heitor Moroño mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miraveau and the Fassardi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fassardi booed when Miraveau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heitor Moroño didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Danilo Periquet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Fassardi's Domiku Azaceta got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Nerio Traveso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xzaver Dominguez skillfully saved the ball. In the 79th match minute, Miraveau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Opilano Galdamiz to maneuver through the defense. Fassardi's Frantzes Obarenes got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Miraveau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Seber to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute Danilo Periquet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzaver Dominguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Zacarias Mareide left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fassardi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Miraveau booed when Fassardi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hunfredo Perdices didn't get a good kick on the ball. Opilano Galdamiz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chico Grados. Fassardi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Heitor Moroño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
