Napier Rosales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Marva having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Cordarin Borbolla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quintana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordarin Borbolla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jerrald Arrillaga kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Quintana FC's Irrintzi Fontao broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Uruguaya AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Cordarin Borbolla scored to the left of an out of position Marques Marva, making the score, 1-0. If Cordarin Borbolla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguaya AFC's goalkeeper Marques Marva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cordarin Borbolla made a kick off. Cordarin Borbolla might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marques Marva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cordarin Borbolla ran back to his position shaking his head. 56 minutes into the game, Jerrald Arrillaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguaya AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quintana FC the free kick. Cordarin Borbolla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Napier Rosales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quintana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Napier Rosales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marques Marva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marques Marva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cordarin Borbolla's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Napier Rosales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marques Marva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordarin Borbolla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marques Marva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Jon Cardeño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ixona Urturi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ixona Urturi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ereinotz Rieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute Cordarin Borbolla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marques Marva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Clodio Trielles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Napier Rosales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marques Marva having to interfere. Marques Marva came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Quintana FC's Cordarin Borbolla. But to his dismay, Cordarin Borbolla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Cordarin Borbolla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marques Marva was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Napier Rosales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marques Marva. Uruguaya AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Napier Rosales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Quintana FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
