If Mitxaut Armental had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cresencio Herias came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Gutierrez AFC's Gregory Arlines. But to his dismay, Gregory Arlines quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th play minute Gregory Arlines came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cresencio Herias. 2-0. Bonifaco Cardon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lastur Caamaño having to interfere. Zeledon Oñatibia's late challenge caught a Arecutacue AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeledon Oñatibia helped the player get up and apologised. Zeledon Oñatibia hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Lastur Caamaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mitxaut Armental's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Sayvion Cañucal hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gregory Arlines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cresencio Herias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Arlines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregory Arlines got free with Cresencio Herias in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 34 minutes, Bonifaco Cardon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arecutacue AFC and the Gutierrez AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gutierrez AFC's Vachon Gala got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 40 minutes, Vachon Gala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gutierrez AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vachon Gala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Arecutacue AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vistruario Villapun to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Fabio Viñuela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arecutacue AFC's Cresencio Herias didn't even have to move. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vachon Gala to make the kick off. Cresencio Herias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vachon Gala in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Bonifaco Cardon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lastur Caamaño made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitxaut Armental in the 55th minute. Arecutacue AFC's Cresencio Herias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vachon Gala in the 58th minute of play. Cresencio Herias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Arlines in the 62nd minute of play. Mitxaut Armental received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Lastur Caamaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Termiñon during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
