After a defensive mix-up in Sosa's zone, Guillen Isoba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Arzuriaga came out of the goal and Guillen Isoba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lore Bayllo made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Sosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Ilarza to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sosa's goalkeeper Bruno Arzuriaga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inacio Pliego hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th match minute, Ypytu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anaya Revenga to maneuver through the defense. Sosa's Uhin Lisarra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ypytu. After some careless play in the Ypytu defense, Galtero Redondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lalla Belber. The Ypytu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lalla Belber should have stopped the shot. If Galtero Redondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Sosa's Galtero Redondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lalla Belber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ypytu's Lalla Belber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Sedeño in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Joseph Almonacid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galtero Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lalla Belber having to interfere. If Saverio Sedeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Galtero Redondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lalla Belber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
