Cordarrell Ulibarri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafo Busquet having to interfere. Cordarrell Ulibarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Serafo Busquet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th play minute Ricardo Trubica came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Serafo Busquet. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Cordarrell Ulibarri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serafo Busquet was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. When Cordarrell Ulibarri came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Soguetos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cordarrell Ulibarri couldn't finish the play. Cordarrell Ulibarri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafo Busquet having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Itaugua booed when Soguetos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xeromo Urtuuste didn't get a good kick on the ball. Itaugua's Cesario Arin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Soguetos FC. Oliverios Sustaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Itaugua's Lorenz Aizaran got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Ricardo Trubica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafo Busquet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Soguetos FC's goalkeeper Meendez Madama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliverios Sustaeta. Meendez Madama was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 89 minutes into the match, Itaugua's goal looked a bit too open when Cordarrell Ulibarri came free, but Serafo Busquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soguetos FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
