Spectators: 7619 (Terracing: 5969, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristobal Ituarte took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Khilu Areguá Paraguay booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Castulo Illera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Librado Zornoza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Balasi Cerrabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Aedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Ituarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Balasi Cerrabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xepe Hermo charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xepe Hermo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Cristobal Ituarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Aedo came out of the goal and Cristobal Ituarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Paraguay's Gipuzkoa Villafana in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Khilu Areguá Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. If Gipuzkoa Villafana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frichoso Meneses was a little too slow when Gipuzkoa Villafana got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Gipuzkoa Villafana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frichoso Meneses. The goal made the score 2-0. If Marcial Achutegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gipuzkoa Villafana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frichoso Meneses came out and tried to block the shot, but Gipuzkoa Villafana slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 38th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gipuzkoa Villafana to make the kick off. When Gipuzkoa Villafana came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gipuzkoa Villafana couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute Xepe Hermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frichoso Meneses saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Paraguay's Gipuzkoa Villafana in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Khilu Areguá Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. Marcial Achutegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frichoso Meneses having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Khilu Areguá Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Tallia Marsella. Marcial Achutegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Khilu Areguá Paraguay's Cristobal Ituarte got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Paraguay's Sergio Junco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Garaile Uja in the 75 minute of the game. Frichoso Meneses showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Junco in the 75th minute of the match. Mikolas Bango kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Xepe Hermo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Tallia Marsella fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khilu Areguá Paraguay's protests and gave Tallia Marsella a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Khilu Areguá Paraguay's Tallia Marsella got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes Khilu Areguá Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Gorka Arcaute. Gipuzkoa Villafana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frichoso Meneses having to interfere. Manuel Aedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balasi Cerrabe in the 90th minute. Manuel Aedo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Khilu Areguá Paraguay's Balasi Cerrabe. But to his dismay, Balasi Cerrabe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Paraguay fully deserved thier win.
