Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 6024, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Pio FC booed when Olimpico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argenis Moyua didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Pio FC's Ramiro Ximeno in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olimpico's goalie prevented a goal. When Yoelvis Roldan came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Pio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoelvis Roldan couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Ximeno got free with Modesto Laje in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute Ramiro Ximeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Laje saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Olimpico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micael Contreras to maneuver through the defense. Pio FC's attentive Yoelvis Roldan managed to snatch the ball when Panpili Besteiro made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. After 14 minutes, Hartz Portilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpico and the Pio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Yoelvis Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute, Zxavian Contera had to leave the field with a concussion. With his leg Modesto Laje managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Pio FC's Ramiro Ximeno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 23 played minutes Olimpico got a freekick which was hit by Micael Contreras. Ramiro Ximeno in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Modesto Laje, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Santxol Gayangos kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Panpili Besteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30thth minute of the game Ramiro Ximeno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olimpico's Modesto Laje was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Ximeno's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Modesto Laje skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 32 played minutes Olimpico got a freekick which was hit by Jerrold Martioda. When Ramiro Ximeno in the 42nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Modesto Laje kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. In the 46th minute, Dino Trapiella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Fontecha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Argenis Moyua made a kick off. If Argenis Moyua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Pio FC's zone, Micael Contreras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Fontecha came out of the goal and Micael Contreras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Pio FC's Ramiro Ximeno in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olimpico's goalie prevented a goal. Ruben Fontecha was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Argenis Moyua capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Argenis Moyua really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. If Argenis Moyua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Modesto Laje tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Modesto Laje showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Ximeno, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Olimpico's Modesto Laje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Ximeno in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Ximeno in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Modesto Laje saved Olimpico from getting behind. In the 90thth minute of the game Ramiro Ximeno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olimpico's Modesto Laje was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Ximeno in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Modesto Laje prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Ximeno in the 93rd minute of play forced Olimpico's goalkeeper Modesto Laje to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olimpico's Argenis Moyua got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olimpico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
