Spectators: 7945 (Terracing: 5966, Seating: 1829, VIP seats: 150) Lop Provencio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Hector-Luis Venancio came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Delicias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector-Luis Venancio couldn't finish the play. Flavio Travieso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector-Luis Venancio in the 7th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Pelada got a freekick which was hit by Odol Cameno. If Cordario Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Rito Sotomayor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Travieso was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Bernardino Paderniga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Ivan Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pelada getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Israel Troncoso hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Rito Sotomayor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delicias's supporters rose to their feet, but Rito Sotomayor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Travieso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Pelada's Lop Provencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urti Miñano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lop Provencio in the 42nd minute of play forced Delicias's goalkeeper Urti Miñano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector-Luis Venancio in the 45th minute of play forced Pelada's goalkeeper Flavio Travieso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rito Sotomayor was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Moracia kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Flavio Travieso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rito Sotomayor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 53 minute of play. Hector-Luis Venancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Travieso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rito Sotomayor in the 59th minute. Rito Sotomayor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Delicias's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 66 played minutes Pelada got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Moracia. Urti Miñano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lop Provencio in the 68th minute of the match. Bernardino Paderniga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pelada's Flavio Travieso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rito Sotomayor in the 74th minute of play. Lop Provencio struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Urti Miñano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pelada. For all the effort they put into the match, the Delicias players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pelada.
