The crowd rose to their feet as Ybytymi FC's Vidal Arzube slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Larpe Azpiroz. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Vidal Arzube received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Larpe Azpiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Larpe Azpiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Verde in the 15th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Sport KJU's goalkeeper Larpe Azpiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Verde. After 28 minutes of play, Sport KJU's Senin Vaquerizo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Apellaniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32ndth minute of the game Rubio Herias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ybytymi FC's Patricio Apellaniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Segundo Verde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Larpe Azpiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Segundo Verde made a precise shot to the right of Larpe Azpiroz. Sport KJU's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Segundo Verde managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ybytymi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Verde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Larpe Azpiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Sport KJU's Larpe Azpiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Verde in the 53rd minute of play. If Vidal Arzube had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Frechoso Randoli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Larpe Azpiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vidal Arzube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larpe Azpiroz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sport KJU's Ildephonso Acuña got a free kick in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Ybytymi FC defense, Senin Vaquerizo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Apellaniz. The Ybytymi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Apellaniz should have stopped the shot. In the 75th minute, Segundo Verde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vidal Arzube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larpe Azpiroz having to interfere. Vidal Arzube struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Larpe Azpiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ybytymi FC. In the 80th match minute, Sport KJU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildephonso Acuña to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Esquipula Gil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sport KJU's Larpe Azpiroz didn't even have to move. Larpe Azpiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidal Arzube, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Vidal Arzube sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Larpe Azpiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidal Arzube in the 92nd minute of the match. Vidal Arzube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Larpe Azpiroz having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Sport KJU's goal looked a bit too open when Vidal Arzube came free, but Larpe Azpiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
