The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uruguayita's Segio Cedeno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguayita from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Sangre Guaraní FC booed when Uruguayita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaxen Ser didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sangre Guaraní FC's Peruxu Gallegos got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peruxu Gallegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Segio Cedeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Esiquio Arrese recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Segio Cedeno. Esiquio Arrese showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.
