Esiquio Arrese took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Onofre Liaño. Onofre Liaño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Txema Barreiros kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Onofre Liaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Holgado in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes in the game, Esiquio Arrese dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some careless play in the Mbutuy defense, Humberto Holgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Onofre Liaño. The Mbutuy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Onofre Liaño should have stopped the shot. Onofre Liaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peruxu Gallegos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cresenciano Pabon took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Onofre Liaño. Onofre Liaño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Onofre Liaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esiquio Arrese in the 25th minute of play. Reinaldo Axeitos hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Onofre Liaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peruxu Gallegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Peruxu Gallegos sped through Mbutuy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Onofre Liaño. After a defensive mix-up in Mbutuy's zone, Esiquio Arrese stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Onofre Liaño came out of the goal and Esiquio Arrese tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cresenciano Pabon struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Onofre Liaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sangre Guaraní FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esiquio Arrese in the 35th minute of play forced Mbutuy's goalkeeper Onofre Liaño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaniusky Mercadillo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Esiquio Arrese made a precise shot to the right of Onofre Liaño. Mbutuy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Cayo Vincens hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the game, Peruxu Gallegos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Onofre Liaño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Sangre Guaraní FC were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mbutuy's Onofre Liaño proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Mbutuy from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Mbutuy's Reinaldo Axeitos got a free kick in the 59th minute. Onofre Liaño was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Esiquio Arrese showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 60 minute of play. Onofre Liaño stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esiquio Arrese's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Esiquio Arrese took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Onofre Liaño. Onofre Liaño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. If Peruxu Gallegos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Humberto Holgado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Onofre Liaño. The goal made the score 0-9. In the 85th play minute Peruxu Gallegos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Onofre Liaño. 0-10. 89 minutes into the game, Cresenciano Pabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Onofre Liaño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 95 minutes, Peruxu Gallegos made it 0-12 with a short kick to the right side. Mbutuy's Onofre Liaño tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
