Barea Mancobo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Cuetos went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Erik Souza made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Clodio Roncal sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Sportivo Barrio Obrero's Erik Souza got control of the ball when Clodio Roncal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erik Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Villamediana in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Montel Mañe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Barrio Obrero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. With an all-out effort, Paranambucu's Erik Souza threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leandro Villamediana, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 27 minutes into the match, Sportivo Barrio Obrero's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Villamediana came free, but Erik Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Villamediana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erik Souza came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro Villamediana slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 30th minute. When Milian Iribarne came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sportivo Barrio Obrero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milian Iribarne couldn't finish the play. Erik Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Villamediana in the 37th minute of the match. Javiero Laureano charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javiero Laureano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 played minutes Paranambucu got a freekick which was hit by Javiero Laureano. In the 40th match minute, Paranambucu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javiero Laureano to maneuver through the defense. If Clodio Roncal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Villamediana to make the kick off. Erik Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodio Roncal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lertxun Puellas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barea Mancobo having to interfere. In the 61st minute Javiero Laureano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Villamediana during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Leandro Villamediana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Villamediana scored 2-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erik Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leandro Villamediana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Erik Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sportivo Barrio Obrero's Fortunato Navaridas got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milian Iribarne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barea Mancobo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Barrio Obrero's Iigo Colomo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Erik Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Villamediana in the 94th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Sportivo Barrio Obrero's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Villamediana came free, but Erik Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paranambucu succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sportivo Barrio Obrero had controlled the match.
