A wasted opportunity for Yhaty. 25 de Mayo's Alvarez Berrahondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Unzaga in the 7th minute of play. Alvarez Berrahondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ado Astola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvarez Berrahondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ado Astola in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes 25 de Mayo got a freekick which was hit by Barros Morlote. Ado Astola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvarez Berrahondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Unzaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiburcio Unzaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Alvarez Berrahondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Theas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Romelio Leston skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Romelio Leston managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when 25 de Mayo's Jacobo Theas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alvarez Berrahondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Unzaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, Tiburcio Unzaga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvarez Berrahondo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The 25 de Mayo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yhaty were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Napier Barbaza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 25 de Mayo's Alvarez Berrahondo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save 25 de Mayo from getting a goal against them. Alvarez Berrahondo made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Martinez Caunedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Barros Morlote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of 25 de Mayo booed when Yhaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Unzaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st match minute, 25 de Mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maule Lombillo to maneuver through the defense. Barros Morlote hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ado Astola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alvarez Berrahondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ado Astola got free with Alvarez Berrahondo in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 de Mayo's Alvarez Berrahondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ado Astola in the 79th minute of play. Tiburcio Unzaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Berrahondo having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Carmelo Herquinigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 25 de Mayo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yhaty the free kick. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Yhaty's Marcelo Pando got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alvarez Berrahondo. Alvarez Berrahondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ado Astola, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Tiburcio Unzaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ado Astola came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Yhaty fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ado Astola couldn't finish the play. Alvarez Berrahondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Unzaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Jacobo Theas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Yhaty left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 25 de Mayo.
