An unexpectedly hard shot by Sauveur Acacia in the 5th minute of play forced 30 de diciembre's goalkeeper Angel Zakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Hugo Temiño's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jordy Abella was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Lapurdi Vidaurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Angel Zakov made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Miroslaw Rywin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saty's Lapurdi Vidaurre got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hugo Temiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Temiño in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jordy Abella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Fernando Valladares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jordy Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Temiño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, 30 de diciembre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Rywin to maneuver through the defense. Angel Zakov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sauveur Acacia in the 57th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Lapurdi Vidaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saty's supporters rose to their feet, but Lapurdi Vidaurre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Zakov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Saty's goalkeeper Jordy Abella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Temiño. Hugo Temiño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vitin Gago kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Saty's goalkeeper Jordy Abella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Temiño. When Luís Fernando Valladares in the 86th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jordy Abella kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Angel Zakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lapurdi Vidaurre in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, 30 de diciembre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Augusto Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Prospero Lizaur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saty's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 30 de diciembre the free kick. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saty! 30 de diciembre's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
