An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Montañas in the 4th minute of play forced FC lilita's goalkeeper Asdrubal Luján to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Pinar:s Roque Cardozo showed great skill when he stopped Narciso Montemayor:s penalty. Balduino Ulibarri charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Balduino Ulibarri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, El Pinar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balduino Ulibarri to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Roman Bermúdez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roque Cardozo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Gonzalo Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Asdrubal Luján tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Roque Cardozo managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when FC lilita's Andy Zapata fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Andy Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Cardozo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Moreno in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonardo Montañas to strike the kick off in the second half. Andy Zapata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Roque Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Gonzalo Cruz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When FC lilita's Andy Zapata in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Pinar's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute Leonardo Montañas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asdrubal Luján saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Zapata took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Cardozo. Roque Cardozo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Andy Zapata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Balduino Ulibarri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85th play minutes Rafael Moreno shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Roque Cardozo and just under the crossbar into goal. Andy Zapata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Roque Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the El Pinar defense, Rafael Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roque Cardozo. The El Pinar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roque Cardozo should have stopped the shot. Asdrubal Luján showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Montañas, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. FC lilita walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
