Spectators: 9199 (Terracing: 6901, Seating: 2115, VIP seats: 183) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Melky Leiva kicked off to start the match. Balvino Gasol scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Bartlett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Melky Leiva took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michael Bartlett. Michael Bartlett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Miches booed when Quitasueño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Silvera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15thth minute of the game Melky Leiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miches's Michael Bartlett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melky Leiva in the 18th minute of play forced Miches's goalkeeper Michael Bartlett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quitasueño's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Willy Lara 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Michael Bartlett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melky Leiva in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balvino Gasol in the 34th minute of play forced Miches's goalkeeper Michael Bartlett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Bartlett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melky Leiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Miches defense, Melky Leiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Bartlett. The Miches fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Bartlett should have stopped the shot. If Melky Leiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melky Leiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Michael Bartlett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Miches's zone, Guido Riveras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Bartlett came out of the goal and Guido Riveras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michael Bartlett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melky Leiva in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Willy Lara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willy Lara in the 52nd minute of play forced Quitasueño's goalkeeper Odalis Zambrano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Jacinto Cruz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Odalis Zambrano skillfully saved the ball. In the 59th minute, Juan Cabrero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michael Bartlett. The goal made the score 1-4. Melky Leiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Michael Bartlett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Quitasueño's goal looked a bit too open when Willy Lara came free, but Odalis Zambrano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Miches fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quitasueño were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
