In the 16thth minute of the game Raimundo Hortas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PaSantes de la UASD's Luis Peralta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to PaSantes de la UASD getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Rob Tejeda hit a great ball. When Armando Herrero came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Consuelo CD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Herrero couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, PaSantes de la UASD's Elio Venegas got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Armando Montaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Bonifacio Macedo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and PaSantes de la UASD's Luis Peralta didn't even have to move. Bartolo Melgar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yordany Arellano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 minutes, Federico Ávila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Consuelo CD and the PaSantes de la UASD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luis Peralta made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Armando Herrero sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Hortas in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Peralta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Luis Peralta managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Consuelo CD's Armando Herrero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luis Peralta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Hortas in the 46th minute of play. Armando Herreros short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Luis Peralta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Raimundo Hortas made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Consuelo CD booed when PaSantes de la UASD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Runelvys Roldán didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Peralta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Hortas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elio Venegas during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute Raimundo Hortas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Consuelo CD's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
