An unexpectedly hard shot by Eberardo Olivares in the 7th minute of play forced Las Terrenas's goalkeeper Isidoro Balboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Royal Caribbean getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Edinson Irizarry hit a great ball. If Ahmet Emir Demirci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Emir Demirci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Adnan Menderes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal Caribbean's Andy Espinoza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ahmet Emir Demirci in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andy Espinoza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Al Schultz put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Royal Caribbean fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Ahmet Emir Demirci put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Andy Espinoza. If Adnan Menderes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Emir Demirci to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Royal Caribbean's goal looked a bit too open when Adnan Menderes came free, but Andy Espinoza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Adnan Menderes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andy Espinoza was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. The supporters of Las Terrenas booed when Royal Caribbean was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipólito Lemos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Las Terrenas made a substitution. Bonifacio Yáñez replaced Jeremias Molinos. Andy Espinoza came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Las Terrenas's Adnan Menderes. But to his dismay, Adnan Menderes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Emir Demirci in the 83rd minute of play forced Royal Caribbean's goalkeeper Andy Espinoza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Espinoza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Emir Demirci, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Ahmet Emir Demirci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 played minutes Royal Caribbean got a freekick which was hit by Tony Sepúlveda. Ahmet Emir Demirci scored 6-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andy Espinoza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Las Terrenas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
