Estudiantes de Bonao's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alexi Sala 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 18th minute, Alexi Sala reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernard Macedo. The goal made the score 2-0. Alexi Sala kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de Bonao's Abel Santana got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes Estudiantes de Bonao got a freekick which was hit by Ramfis Apolonario. Bernard Macedo was a little too slow when Damaso Aranda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 31st minute, Damaso Aranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Alexi Sala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Macedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bernard Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Aranda in the 40th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Alexi Sala kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernard Macedo. That made the score 5-0 in the 43 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Bernard Macedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damaso Aranda went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Damaso Aranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Macedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roque Radford scored 8-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernard Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 4 de Julio made a substitution. Raphael Steuble replaced Alexi Sala. Damaso Aranda might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernard Macedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Aranda ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Bartolomé Berrios managed to get in a good position for a shot. 4 de Julio's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolomé Berrios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Macedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0.
