After 5 minutes of play, Jefferson's Rachid Soltani made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brahim Mansouri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rachid Bellemou Messaoud succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 9th playminute. Rachid Bellemou Messaoud made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 12thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mimoun Raï would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Assia Messaoudi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 15th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 18th minute, Abdel Ali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brahim Mansouri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nadir Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mimoun Raï made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rachid Bellemou Messaoud sent off a good shot on target. After 27 played minutes Chipley FC got a freekick which was hit by Farid Belkacem. Jefferson's Mimoun Raï played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Assia Messaoudi in the 30th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, Jefferson's Abdel Ali made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brahim Mansouri was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Jefferson were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 55th match minute, Chipley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sid Bella to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Rachid Soltani took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Brahim Mansouri to make any attempt to save it. When Rachid Soltani came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Jefferson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rachid Soltani couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Mohamed Saïdi-Sief had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brahim Mansouri. Chipley FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohamed Saïdi-Sief was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When Nadir Macias fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jefferson's protests and gave Nadir Macias a yellow card for diving instead. Fawzi Ouadah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mimoun Raï. Jefferson's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Rachid Bellemou Messaoud managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chipley FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Bellemou Messaoud was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mimoun Raï breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Chipley FC's Brahim Mansouri got control of the ball when Rachid Soltani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rachid Soltani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Brahim Mansouri made a huge save. The supporters of Jefferson booed when Chipley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rachid Bellemou Messaoud didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Rachid Bellemou Messaoud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mimoun Raï saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Jefferson players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
