Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Clarendon got a freekick which was hit by Abdel Makkeb. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Oussar in the 6th minute of play forced Corvallis's goalkeeper Rabah Adjani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walid Lemoui's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boubekeur Chebal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Walid Lemoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corvallis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walid Lemoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Smail Madouni fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corvallis's protests and gave Smail Madouni a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Corvallis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Smail Madouni to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Clarendon's Fadhil Sellal got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Clarendon got a freekick which was hit by Mouloud Ghozali. Boubekeur Chebal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ali Bencheikh. Ahmed Oussar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rabah Adjani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ahmed Oussar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Clarendon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed Oussar couldn't finish the play. Rabah Adjani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Oussar, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmed Oussar to strike the kick off in the second half. If Abdel Makkeb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walid Lemoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Corvallis's Smail Madouni suffered a fractured collar bone after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Mouloud Ghozali's late challenge caught a Corvallis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mouloud Ghozali helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Clarendon getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Mouloud Ghozali hit a great ball. Ahmed Oussar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Walid Lemoui came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Corvallis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walid Lemoui couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Ahmed Oussar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rabah Adjani was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Abdel Makkebs short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Rabah Adjani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Rabah Adjani managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Clarendon's Abdel Makkeb fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 70 minutes of play, Corvallis's Walid Lemoui made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boubekeur Chebal was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Abdelhamid Abdenouz fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clarendon's protests and gave Abdelhamid Abdenouz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Walid Lemoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hameur Hamdoud's late challenge caught a Corvallis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hameur Hamdoud helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Clarendon got a freekick which was hit by Hameur Hamdoud. After some careless play in the Clarendon defense, Walid Lemoui kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boubekeur Chebal. The Clarendon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boubekeur Chebal should have stopped the shot. After having played for 80 minutes, Belaid Bensaoula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corvallis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belaid Bensaoula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rabah Adjani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Oussar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Abdel Makkeb got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Corvallis had won after a very even match.
