Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Corvallis's Belaid Bensaoula started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Guillaume Laurent Mansouri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Smail Madouni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corvallis and the Beckett Ridge players grew even worse after the yellow card. Corvallis's Belaid Bensaoula got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Guillaume Laurent Mansouri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rabah Adjani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tedj Merbah was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Belaid Bensaoula capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Belaid Bensaoula really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Mansour Bey notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Corvallis's Rabah Adjani. Rabah Adjani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the game, Walid Lemoui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tedj Merbah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mansour Bey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rabah Adjani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Boniche hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Corvallis's Ali Bencheikh tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Beckett Ridge got a freekick which was hit by Abderraouf Fahima. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frantz Soltani during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, one of Beckett Ridge:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beckett Ridge. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mansour Bey made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Corvallis's Ferhat Oussar got a free kick in the 55th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Beckett Ridge's Rachid Boumedienne tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mansour Beys short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Rabah Adjani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Corvallis's zone, Mansour Bey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rabah Adjani came out of the goal and Mansour Bey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Corvallis booed when Beckett Ridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Boniche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tedj Merbah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walid Lemoui in the 72nd minute of play. Belaid Bensaoula struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Tedj Merbah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corvallis. Tedj Merbah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belaid Bensaoula, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Abderraouf Fahima's late challenge caught a Corvallis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abderraouf Fahima helped the player get up and apologised. Abderraouf Fahima kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Belaid Bensaoula scored 4-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tedj Merbah, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Corvallis's Smail Madouni got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Smail Madouni off the ground. Smail Madouni hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Walid Lemoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Tedj Merbah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Mansour Bey reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rabah Adjani. The goal made the score 4-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Corvallis had won after a very even match.
