When Abdel Makkeb came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Clarendon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdel Makkeb couldn't finish the play. When Rachid Baba Ali Hasni fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asma FC's protests and gave Rachid Baba Ali Hasni a yellow card for diving instead. Cherif Ammour tried in the game's 20th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Halim Bruel. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasreddine Deghmani during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Asma FC's Nasreddine Deghmani got a free kick in the 24th minute. Halim Bruel made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Abdel Makkeb sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Clarendon's corner Frantz Menad fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Halim Bruel quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmed Oussar was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Clarendon's Boubekeur Chebal got control of the ball when Madjid Boulahfane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Halim Bruel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdel Makkeb in the 65th minute of play. Madjid Boulahfane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Boubekeur Chebal made a huge save. After 69 played minutes Clarendon got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Sellal. Asma FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rachid Baba Ali Hasni in the 72nd minute. At last the ball reached Farès Saïdi-Sief at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Clarendon. 1-2. Halim Bruel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdel Makkeb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ahmed Oussar fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The supporters of Asma FC booed when Clarendon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mouloud Ghozali didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ahmed Messaoudi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Asma FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
