He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gulf Park Estates reached it. Hocine Mimoun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mokdad Gallaire, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to West Covina FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Halim Fadela hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Halim Fadela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mokdad Gallaire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gulf Park Estates's Chakib Drid got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chakib Drid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Chakib Drid's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hocine Mimoun was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. If Chakib Drid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hocine Mimoun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mokdad Gallaire, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
