Rockville Centre's Mamaar Moll got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Rockville Centre's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Boudjedra came free, but Souad Ibrir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Abdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Boukensa in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pelham's Muhammad Morceli got a free kick in the 26th minute. Mamaar Moll might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hocine Abdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mamaar Moll ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes in the game, Rachid Boukensa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hocine Abdi having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Fodil Yacine made a precise shot to the right of Souad Ibrir. Rockville Centre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 64th minute Abdelkader Yahi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Souad Ibrir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
