Slocomb's Leon Hammad got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Slocomb's Brahim N'Soumer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chadli Derrida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mohamed Beloufa's late challenge caught a Slocomb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed Beloufa helped the player get up and apologised. Mohamed Beloufa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Slocomb's goal looked a bit too open when El Benida came free, but Tedj Sadmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Leon Hammad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lazhar Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Lazhar Djamel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Brownlee's goal looked a bit too open when Brahim N'Soumer came free, but Chadli Derrida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brownlee's Chadli Derrida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brahim N'Soumer in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Brownlee's El Benida dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Albert Tlemcani kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lazhar Djamel was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Slocomb got a freekick which was hit by Abdelhamid Mouzaoui. Brownlee were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Slocomb's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mustapha Touhami took the corner. The corner ended in Mustapha Touhami almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Slocomb's Tedj Sadmi did a great save. Mohammed Bouziane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tedj Sadmi having to interfere. Brownlee's Chadli Derrida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Brownlee from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, El Benida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tedj Sadmi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Albert Tlemcani hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Brahim N'Soumer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chadli Derrida firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Slocomb defense, El Benida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tedj Sadmi. The Slocomb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tedj Sadmi should have stopped the shot. Leon Hammad charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Hammad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, Slocomb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Hammad to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute El Benida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tedj Sadmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brownlee's El Benida got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lazhar Djamel struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Chadli Derrida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slocomb. Leon Hammad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chadli Derrida having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Slocomb players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brownlee.
