Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Abderaouf Mecherara in the 3rd minute of play forced Amesbury FC's goalkeeper Amar Belmadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hamid Harkat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Amesbury FC's Fadhil Hanin got a free kick in the 9th minute. Amar Belmadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abderaouf Mecherara in the 11th minute of play. Hamid Harkat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amar Belmadi having to interfere. Zoheir Benmabrouk's late challenge caught a Amesbury FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zoheir Benmabrouk helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gettysburg FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Zoheir Benmabrouk hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Abderaouf Mecherara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amar Belmadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alain Brahimi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alain Brahimi charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alain Brahimi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Hamid Harkat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 28th minute, Mustapha Cohen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amar Belmadi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamid Harkat in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Abderaouf Mecherara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 38 played minutes Amesbury FC got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Hanin. Gettysburg FC's Hamid Harkat got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nouara Belloumi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Brahimi, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Alain Brahimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Mustapha Zenia made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Hamid Harkat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amar Belmadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amar Belmadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abderaouf Mecherara in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Karim Harkouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Amesbury FC booed when Gettysburg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoheir Benmabrouk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abderaouf Mecherara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Amar Belmadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Gettysburg FC's goalkeeper Nouara Belloumi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alain Brahimi. When El Kourichi fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amesbury FC's protests and gave El Kourichi a yellow card for diving instead. El Kourichi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Abderaouf Mecherara came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Gettysburg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderaouf Mecherara couldn't finish the play. Abderaouf Mecherara scored 2-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amar Belmadi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gettysburg FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
