Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abderaouf Mecherara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brahim Drioueche having to interfere. Brahim Drioueche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abderaouf Mecherara, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Abderaouf Mecherara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Gettysburg FC got a freekick which was hit by Karim Harkouk. If Kamel Bouzid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamid Harkat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Brahim Drioueche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Nadir Drid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. August AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nadir Drid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nadir Drid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nadir Drid might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nouara Belloumi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nadir Drid ran back to his position shaking his head. If Nadir Drid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Abderaouf Mecherara made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kamel Bouzid in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nouara Belloumi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brahim Drioueche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abderaouf Mecherara in the 57th minute of the match. Noureddine Zemmamouche kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Hamid Harkat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Brahim Drioueche made a huge save. When Abderaouf Mecherara came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Gettysburg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderaouf Mecherara couldn't finish the play. In the 77th match minute, August AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mimoun Bella to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Gettysburg FC's Amar Mérah-Benida tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Kamel Bouzid sped through Gettysburg FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nouara Belloumi. Nadir Drid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Nouara Belloumi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kamel Bouzid took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nouara Belloumi. Nouara Belloumi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
