Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mansour Madjer started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Ellsworth South's goal looked a bit too open when Nadir Zafour came free, but Maïssa Bouzid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liamine Hanister made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Kader Chebal sent off a good shot on target. After 9 played minutes Simsbury got a freekick which was hit by Chakib Merzekane. Liamine Hanister showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mansour Madjer in the 12th minute of the match. Maïssa Bouzid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nadir Zafour in the 15th minute of play. Liamine Hanister made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kader Chebal in the 20th minute. Ellsworth South's Maïssa Bouzid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mimoun Benyamina in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Simsbury's Nadir Zafour sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maïssa Bouzid narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kader Chebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Liamine Hanister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mansour Madjer in the 30th minute of play forced Simsbury's goalkeeper Liamine Hanister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ellsworth South booed when Simsbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nadir Zafour didn't get a good kick on the ball. The goalkeeper, Liamine Hanister, was totally fooled by Ellsworth South's Abd al-Asis Zaoui, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Mimoun Benyamina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simsbury's supporters rose to their feet, but Mimoun Benyamina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maïssa Bouzid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mimoun Benyamina made the kick off in the second half. When Nadir Zafour came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Simsbury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nadir Zafour couldn't finish the play. If Mimoun Benyamina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simsbury's Mimoun Benyamina got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Ellsworth South got a freekick which was hit by Abd al-Asis Zaoui. Faouzi Meriem hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Maïssa Skif hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Maïssa Bouzid was a little too slow when Mimoun Benyamina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Chakib Merzekane charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chakib Merzekane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Simsbury getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Chakib Merzekane hit a great ball. Maïssa Bouzid didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Simsbury's Mimoun Benyamina shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Nadir Zafour got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Simsbury's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
