Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) West Carthage's Bouabdellah Matmour started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to West Carthage getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kamel Zitouni hit a great ball. Bouabdellah Matmour blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yazid Camus having to make a save. West Carthage's François Bahari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noureddine Kouidri in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Carthage's goalkeeper François Bahari, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The long shot by Kamel Zitouni in the 16th minute really tested Yazid Camus's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 18th minute Daho Ben Khalidi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yazid Camus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Munster FC's Noureddine Kouidri suffered a sore thigh after 21 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Munster FC. Hamza Mammeri stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving François Bahari. 0-1. In the 32nd match minute, West Carthage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bouabdellah Matmour to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Bouabdellah Matmour kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yazid Camus. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. In the 37th minute Bouabdellah Matmour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yazid Camus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Knodi Labi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. François Bahari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Munster FC's zone, Bouabdellah Matmour stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yazid Camus came out of the goal and Bouabdellah Matmour tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daho Ben Khalidi got free with Yazid Camus in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Knodi Labi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Knodi Labi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without François Bahari having to interfere. Bouabdellah Matmour might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yazid Camus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bouabdellah Matmour ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Bouabdellah Matmour had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Camus. Munster FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bouabdellah Matmour was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience was convinced that Daho Ben Khalidi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yazid Camus was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Mahieddine Larbi kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Bouabdellah Matmour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Yazid Camus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daho Ben Khalidi in the 93rd minute of play forced Munster FC's goalkeeper Yazid Camus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halim Menguellet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yazid Camus having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. West Carthage had won after a very even match.
