San Pablo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cheb Larfaoui was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Rabah Djamel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but West Portsmouth AFC's Mourad Yahia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdelaziz Mezair made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Fouad Djebbour sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cheb Larfaoui in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdelaziz Mezair prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 85 minutes, Cheb Larfaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Portsmouth AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheb Larfaoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Smail Akrour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to West Portsmouth AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hamid Chadl hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in San Pablo's zone, Fouad Djebbour stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelaziz Mezair came out of the goal and Fouad Djebbour tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdelaziz Mezair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheb Larfaoui in the 97th minute of the match. Fouad Djebbour in the 98thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdelaziz Mezair, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The West Portsmouth AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing West Portsmouth AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
