Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdellah Brahimi kicked off to start the match. Lakhdar Bey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexis's Lakhdar Nasro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farid Merzekane in the 7th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Noureddine Madouni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelmalek Achiu was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 12th minute, Farid Merzekane made a precise shot to the right of Lakhdar Nasro. Alexis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Noureddine Madouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Erwin's Nordine Méniri got a free kick in the 15th minute. Hamid Seghiri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelmalek Achiu having to interfere. Noureddine Madouni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelmalek Achiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Harkat in the 25th minute of play forced Erwin's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Achiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelmalek Achiu came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Alexis's Mohamed Harkat. But to his dismay, Mohamed Harkat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 35 minutes of play, Alexis's Mohamed Harkat made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdelmalek Achiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Noureddine Madouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamid Seghiri in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelmalek Achiu saved Erwin from getting behind. In the 46th minute Hamid Seghiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelmalek Achiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rabah El-Hadi's late challenge caught a Alexis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rabah El-Hadi helped the player get up and apologised. Rabah El-Hadi hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Alexis were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noureddine Madouni to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Erwin's Abdelmalek Achiu got control of the ball when Mohamed Harkat tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Erwin's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Achiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hamid Seghiri. Abdelmalek Achiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lakhdar Bey's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Erwin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! When Alexis's Noureddine Madouni in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Erwin's goalie prevented a goal. Lakhdar Bey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelmalek Achiu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Erwin's Hocine Amirouche got a free kick in the 74th minute. Abdelmalek Achiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noureddine Madouni in the 75th minute of the match. Mohamed Harkat in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdelmalek Achiu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 78th minute, Lakhdar Bey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdelmalek Achiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Abdelmalek Achiu was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Noureddine Madouni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Noureddine Madouni really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. After having played for 94 minutes, Lakhdar Bey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lakhdar Bey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Alexis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Ouyahia to maneuver through the defense. Lakhdar Nasro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farid Merzekane in the 98th minute of play. Alexis's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
