He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Camp Forsyth AFC reached it. Faouzi Harkouk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khair ad-Din Oussar, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Onawa FC's Khair ad-Din Oussar got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Onawa FC's zone, Madhi Cherrad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fawzi Larbi came out of the goal and Madhi Cherrad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abdelmalek Assad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Faouzi Harkouk. Camp Forsyth AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 28th minute, Souad Ramdane got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mansour Raï during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mansour Raï hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. With his leg Faouzi Harkouk managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Onawa FC's Salah Hemdani fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Salim Benida fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onawa FC's protests and gave Salim Benida a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Camp Forsyth AFC booed when Onawa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Benida didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Khair ad-Din Oussar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faouzi Harkouk having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khair ad-Din Oussar in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faouzi Harkouk saved Camp Forsyth AFC from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Mohammed Sifi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fawzi Larbi came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Camp Forsyth AFC's Farid Boutabout. But to his dismay, Farid Boutabout quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Salah Hemdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faouzi Harkouk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khair ad-Din Oussar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Onawa FC's goalkeeper Fawzi Larbi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Farid Boutabout. Onawa FC's Salah Hemdani suffered a sore thigh after 82 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 82 minutes into the game, Rabah Benida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Camp Forsyth AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onawa FC the free kick. Khair ad-Din Oussar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fawzi Larbi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Souad Ramdane's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Fawzi Larbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Souad Ramdane in the 97th minute of play. Farid Boutabout could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Fawzi Larbi made a huge save. The Camp Forsyth AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Onawa FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
