After having played for 15 minutes, Karim Madani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Belle Vernon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karim Madani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th match minute, North Belle Vernon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djabir Drioueche to maneuver through the defense. Nadir Zitouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Farid Hadjadj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The North Belle Vernon fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when North Belle Vernon's Karim Madani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45thth minute of the game Chadli Ulansi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Belle Vernon's Nassim Nabil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Karim Madani came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the North Belle Vernon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Madani couldn't finish the play.

After a rather tough play, North Belle Vernon's Billel Gaouaoui got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute Fathi Merbah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nassim Nabil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 54 minutes, Fathi Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lenexa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fathi Merbah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chadli Ulansi ran back to his position shaking his head. Nassim Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fathi Merbah in the 71st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chadli Ulansi in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nassim Nabil saved North Belle Vernon from getting behind. Chadli Ulansi struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Nassim Nabil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lenexa FC. In the 75th minute, Fathi Merbah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nassim Nabil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 79 minutes into the match, North Belle Vernon's goal looked a bit too open when Fathi Merbah came free, but Nassim Nabil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Chadli Ulansi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chadli Ulansi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nassim Nabil having to interfere. After 83 played minutes North Belle Vernon got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Zerguelaine. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fathi Merbah in the 87th minute of play forced North Belle Vernon's goalkeeper Nassim Nabil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fathi Merbah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nassim Nabil was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Chadli Ulansi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nassim Nabil having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in North Belle Vernon's zone, Fathi Merbah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nassim Nabil came out of the goal and Fathi Merbah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nassim Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chadli Ulansi in the 97th minute of the match. North Belle Vernon's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
