In the 15th minute Said Larbes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasmina Mekhloufi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Abd el Amara fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored All Stars FC's protests and gave Abd el Amara a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Abd el Amara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Said Larbes sped through Orlando AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yasmina Mekhloufi. Said Larbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasmina Mekhloufi having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Said Larbes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yasmina Mekhloufi was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Yasmina Mekhloufi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Said Larbes's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Yasmina Mekhloufi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Said Larbes in the 49th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Said Larbes to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Orlando AFC's zone, Fawzi Benhabiles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yasmina Mekhloufi came out of the goal and Fawzi Benhabiles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, All Stars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yacine Besseghir to maneuver through the defense. Faouzi Brahimi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, All Stars FC's Yasmina Mekhloufi threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Said Larbes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Said Larbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Said Larbes in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yasmina Mekhloufi saved Orlando AFC from getting behind. If Said Larbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fawzi Benhabiles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fawzi Benhabiles in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yasmina Mekhloufi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bendjedid Laura Douibi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over All Stars FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Orlando AFC throughout the match.
