The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Faouzi Kourichi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd el Amara in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Said Larbes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All Stars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Said Larbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Port Arthur fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fawzi Benhabiles in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faouzi Kourichi saved Port Arthur from getting behind. After having played for 25 minutes, Amar Nasro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Port Arthur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amar Nasro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to All Stars FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Yacine Besseghir hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Said Larbes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faouzi Kourichi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Yacine Besseghir was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Faouzi Kourichi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fawzi Benhabiles went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Mustapha Maillot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Arthur's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustapha Maillot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nordine Boumedienne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Mustapha Maillot made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Said Larbes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Faouzi Kourichi. Said Larbes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 59 minutes into the match, All Stars FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mustapha Maillot came free, but Nordine Boumedienne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nordine Boumedienne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustapha Maillot in the 60th minute of play. Noureddine Benchenaa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Port Arthur booed when All Stars FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustapha Djenia Lkbira didn't get a good kick on the ball. All Stars FC's Nordine Boumedienne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amar Nasro in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Said Larbes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fawzi Benhabiles got free with Faouzi Kourichi in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th match minute, Port Arthur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoine Zidān to maneuver through the defense. Fawzi Benhabiles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faouzi Kourichi having to interfere. Fawzi Benhabiles might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Faouzi Kourichi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fawzi Benhabiles ran back to his position shaking his head. Faouzi Kourichi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abd el Amara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fawzi Benhabiles got free with Faouzi Kourichi in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 88 minutes, Abd el Amara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All Stars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abd el Amara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded All Stars FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Port Arthur.
