If Mahmoud Amrouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sikeston FC's zone, Chadli Kafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodil Ben Khalidi came out of the goal and Chadli Kafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robinson Township's Abdelhamid Bitat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahmoud Amrouche in the 15th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Mahmoud Amrouche cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Abdelhamid Bitat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kasdi Kouri during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes Sikeston FC got a freekick which was hit by Kasdi Kouri. A long shot from Reda Harkat in the 27th minute of play was well struck, but Fodil Ben Khalidi made a really good save at the right post. After 29 played minutes Sikeston FC got a freekick which was hit by Kasdi Kouri. Robinson Township were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Sikeston FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reda Harkat took the corner. Sikeston FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahmoud Amrouche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelhamid Bitat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdelnasser Menad was the one to do the kick off. Mahmoud Amrouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Abdelhamid Bitat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Sikeston FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chadli Kafi came free, but Fodil Ben Khalidi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Robinson Township booed when Sikeston FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bouzid Belfaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Sikeston FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Bouzid Belfaa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sikeston FC's Bouzid Belfaa got a free kick in the 61st minute. Mahmoud Amrouche came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abdelhamid Bitat could save by the left post. If Bouzid Belfaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Mahmoud Amrouche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sikeston FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahmoud Amrouche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahmoud Amrouche got free with Abdelhamid Bitat in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kasdi Kouris short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Abdelhamid Bitat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Abdelhamid Bitat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bouzid Belfaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Mahmoud Amrouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelhamid Bitat having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Bouzid Belfaa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abdelhamid Bitat, passed just outside the right post. Fodil Ben Khalidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chadli Kafi in the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Mahmoud Amrouche left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sikeston FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Sikeston FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Robinson Township had won, even though Sikeston FC had held more of the ball.
