The tension between the Seymour and the Niwot FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Hemza Fergani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. Seymour's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niwot FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Seymour:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Niwot FC:s goal.
