Mahmoud Amrouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Houari Djebbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Madjid Benmabrouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sikeston FC! Fodil Ben Khalidi had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Zoheir Amri's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Hocine Fergani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bouzid Belfaa hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Fodil Ben Khalidi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madjid Benmabrouk in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sikeston FC's Kasdi Kouri got a free kick in the 28th minute. Houari Djebbour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahmoud Amrouche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, Issaquah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nourredine Mihoubi to maneuver through the defense. Hocine Fergani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Houari Djebbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hocine Fergani might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Houari Djebbour. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hocine Fergani ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes into the match, Mahmoud Amrouche notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Issaquah's Houari Djebbour. Houari Djebbour was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Hocine Fergani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Houari Djebbour was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mahmoud Amrouche in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Houari Djebbour saved Issaquah from getting behind. After the first half Sikeston FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hocine Fergani was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Issaquah booed when Sikeston FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bouzid Belfaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Issaquah's Houari Djebbour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Fergani in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Issaquah's Samir Besseghir got a free kick in the 58th minute. Hocine Fergani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Mahmoud Amrouche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Houari Djebbour. That made the score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hocine Fergani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Houari Djebbour was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Sikeston FC's Fodil Ben Khalidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madjid Benmabrouk in the 80th minute of play. Madjid Benmabrouk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sikeston FC's Robert Tahar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Samir Besseghir got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 93 minutes into the match, Sikeston FC's Fodil Meriem broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahmoud Amrouche got free with Houari Djebbour in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sikeston FC played a much better game than Issaquah and deserved their victory. The Issaquah players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
