Spectators: 6706 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lili Saadane kicked off to start the match. When Khalida Al-Jazairia fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Somerdale's protests and gave Khalida Al-Jazairia a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Somerdale got a freekick which was hit by Khalida Al-Jazairia. Ferhat Kourichi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lili Saadane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lili Saadane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bouzid Kraouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Somerdale's Bouzid Kraouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhat Kourichi in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Lili Saadane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bouzid Kraouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferhat Kourichi in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bouzid Kraouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martinsburg's Rachid Madjer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Martinsburg from getting a goal against them. Cheb Aggoune could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rachid Madjer made a huge save. When Somerdale's Maïssa Lacarne in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Martinsburg's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Martinsburg getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Reda Maroc hit a great ball. Cheb Aggoune could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Rachid Madjer made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Martinsburg's goalkeeper Rachid Madjer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cheb Aggoune. 36 minutes into the match, Martinsburg's goal looked a bit too open when Maïssa Lacarne came free, but Rachid Madjer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Somerdale's Bouzid Kraouche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhat Kourichi in the 42nd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maïssa Lacarne made a kick off. Maïssa Lacarne's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rachid Madjer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Somerdale booed when Martinsburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rabah Azzizi-Kettab didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Hakim Horr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Martinsburg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Somerdale the free kick. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Martinsburg! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reda Maroc during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Reda Maroc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maïssa Lacarne in the 67th minute of play forced Martinsburg's goalkeeper Rachid Madjer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferhat Kourichi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bouzid Kraouche having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, Martinsburg's Lili Saadane made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bouzid Kraouche was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rachid Madjer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maïssa Lacarne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maïssa Lacarne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rachid Madjer having to make a save. Bouzid Kraouche came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Martinsburg's Ferhat Kourichi. But to his dismay, Ferhat Kourichi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Rachid Madjer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maïssa Lacarne went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
